Program Description:
EFPCSNJ Immediate Past President Eric Feldhake will share his wine knowledge for this pairing meal. Eric holds the following wine credentials :
American Wine Society (AWS) Member since 2002
German Wine Society Member since 2005
Officer of the Walt Whitman Chapter since 2008
AWS Certified Wine Judge since 2016 judging in numerous competitions across the country, tasting over a thousand wines each year.
AWS Educational Foundation Board of Trustee Member and Chief Counsel since 2017
Wine & Spirits Educational Trust Level 2 with Distinction
Advanced Wine Certificate from The Wine School of Philadelphia
Society of Wine Educators – Certified Specialist of Wine
Teacher of Wine Education for The Haddonfield Adult School, Rowan University, and Stockton University.

Eric is working with Chef Anthony Lipot of Wanda BYOB in Haddonfield to create a custom 4 course (plus dessert) menu for this dinner. Wines will be shared and discussed to compliment each course.
